For students, there are many stresses that we deal with throughout the year that can cause us to feel depressed or mentally unwell. It is very <\/em>likely that a friend will be dealing with such stresses that you may not be aware of and it may affect your friendship.<\/p>\n

What can we do if a friend is going through a tough time?<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Talk the problems out. Some people are comfortable with talking out their problems, while others are not. Whatever problems that your friend is dealing with, giving them a space to talk can be effective as it will give clarity dealing with the situation.<\/p>\n
